Kardaryl D. Wallace is the Founder and CEO of K&W Marketing Consultants and a seasoned healthcare executive with more than 25 years of clinical, operational, administrative, and business development experience across multiple healthcare settings. His passion for healthcare began at the age of 19 after serving as a caregiver for his terminally ill grandmother, an experience that inspired a lifelong commitment to improving the quality of patient care and strengthening healthcare organizations.

Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Wallace has served in leadership roles within nationally recognized healthcare organizations, including Houston Methodist Hospital and Houston Hospice, where he helped advance operational excellence, strategic growth, and organizational performance. He has led initiatives that contributed to award-winning improvements in patient safety, staff safety, patient satisfaction, infection prevention and control, and quality outcomes while building collaborative relationships across hospitals, physician practices, post-acute providers, and community organizations.
Career Progression
His business development career reflects a proven progression of leadership, beginning as a Community Liaison before advancing to Director of Sales, Area Director of Sales, Vice President of Business Development, and ultimately Founder and CEO of two successful healthcare-focused organizations. Throughout each stage of his career, he has consistently developed high-performing teams, expanded referral networks, strengthened strategic partnerships, and implemented sustainable growth strategies that deliver measurable results.
Education
Mr. Wallace holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, and has completed approximately 95% of the requirements toward a Ph.D. in Health Services. His educational foundation, combined with decades of executive leadership experience, provides a unique perspective on healthcare operations, organizational strategy, and long-term business development.
