K & W Marketing Consultants was founded by Kardaryl Wallace through a journey shaped by both personal experience and professional dedication. Long before the organization formally launched, the foundation for its mission was already being formed through firsthand exposure to the realities many families face when navigating healthcare systems, operational challenges, and long-term care decisions.
After helping care for his grandmother during the later stages of her life, Kardaryl experienced the emotional and logistical challenges families often encounter when resources, systems, and support structures are limited. The introduction of hospice care during that process significantly improved both the quality of care and the quality of life for his family, creating a lasting impression regarding the importance of compassionate support, operational excellence, and coordinated care systems.
That experience ultimately inspired a deeper commitment to helping organizations strengthen the way they operate, communicate, grow, and serve others.
With more than 20 years of experience spanning healthcare operations, business development, relationship management, strategic growth planning, and leadership support, Kardaryl founded K & W Marketing Consultants to help organizations identify opportunities, improve performance, strengthen partnerships, and position themselves for long-term success.
